Fit Camp

Fit Camp is a unique way to create your own fitness group.

Fit Camp is a one hour fitness class designed by a certified personal trainer that is AFFORDABLE, CONVENIENT and REWARDING.

$10 per session | 1 to 3 sessions per week with a monthly commitment

YOU get to CREATE your OWN class! You will decide WHO you want to work out with, WHERE and WHEN!

DETAILS:

● Each class must consist of 4 to 6 participants.

● This is a group class format and not an individualized workout.

● Modifications will be suggested for each exercise.

● Please bring a towel, H2O and your ENERGY! I will provide the rest.

A signed waiver will be required prior to the first class session. A medical clearance may be recommended for certain medical/health conditions. Please contact me for additional information.
