Personal training plans and sessions keep you motivated, accountable and feeling great.

Individual Sessions:

$40 per 30-min session or $70 per 60-min session.

Includes Strength Training, Cardio, Stretching along with an Initial Assessment and personalized planning.

Semi-Private Sessions:

$80 per 2 clients or $90 per 3 clients. 

Share the cost – less per person.


● Each session is designed to fit your specific goals, needs and level.

● A towel & H2O are provided-  you provide your ENERGY!

A signed waiver will be required prior to the first class session for each participant. A medical clearance may be recommended for certain medical/health conditions. Please contact me for additional information.
